Elizabeth Hofschulte Collins, Ph.D.
Elizabeth leverages college and university operational knowledge to support the expansive research portfolio of the COE and ORSP operations. Her work for awarded projects includes the allocation of faculty effort for their respective projects, all temporary personnel hiring and onboarding, procurement of supplies and processing of vendor contracts, and travel spend authorizations and reimbursements. She has gained a deep understanding of federal, sponsor, and institutional policy through regular contact with relevant offices and consistently applies this knowledge to all awarded project activities to ensure compliance.
Outside of awarded projects, she provides operations oversight in ORSP through oversight of office financial transactions, coordinating with central administration offices within COE and UNLV, and maintenance of the office web presence.
