Anarely brings nearly a decade of institutional operational knowledge to post-award management in ORSP. As a post-award grant specialist she provides comprehensive award management to an extensive college research portfolio that includes more than 40 sponsored awards and totals $34 million dollars.

Her work includes oversight of all awarded project budgets and related transactions, applying her extensive knowledge of federal, sponsor, and institutional policy to monitor or modify any awarded project, and coordinating with the Office of Sponsored Programs, UNLV Human Resources, and other central administrative offices. In addition, she proactively identifies financial risks or compliance issues for faculty and staff on awarded projects.
