Data Collection, Tools, and Instruments – Perspectives from Different Traditions

January 26, 2021 @ 3:00 – 4:00 pm

This session will focus on the instruments and methods we use to collect data and evidence to address our research questions. The facilitators will discuss different tools associated with different research traditions and ask participants to consider how questions and findings are limited by the tools we use to assemble data. Perspectives on re-imagining constructs and data collection tools from recent work on race-reimagined research practices will be discussed.
